Dear Users, after 18 months of providing open access to the Grandata – United Nations Development Program Human Mobility and Covid Platform we have decided to shut it down. We believe its core mission has been achieved: to help researchers and policymakers to inform their decisions with data. The platform had over 5,000 registered users, and several federal and local governments had incorporated our insights into their own platforms [1, 2], or used them to guide public policies. As well as our data has been used to inform research on covid spreading [3, 4], population dynamics [5, 6] and socioeconomic impacts [7, 8, 9] .
